Dear everyone,

I will be covering a topic this week the world needs to hear. It is a virtue that is forgotten in the modern world. It is the law of chastity. I love the law of chastity. It is the best law God has given us. When we follow this law we are able to experience greater joy and a deeper love for those around us and our future\current spouse. God has given us this law to allow us to have the greatest happiness. 

 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour oflove, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the samediligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:

 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who throughfaith and patience inherit the promises.

 13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he couldswear by no greater, he sware by himself,

 14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.

 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

 16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.

Dear family and friends!

I have some way good scriptures for you this week:)

rev 3

 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, andthat the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

The Lord wants us to stand in this world of confusion and trevail. We need to seek the gold tried in the fire and white raiment such that we can be clothed and protected from the chaos around us. We need to put on the armor of God.

It says in english vain, but here it says tom, tom means empty in Norwegian. We need to constantly be turning ourselves away from the empty worldly idols that surround us because they are just emptiness. 

I think it is important to rememeber the true achievements here on earth. For example a father or a mother can accomplish being the best singer or getting a Phd or being the best at one thing or another. But the only accomplishment that will matter to their child is the accomplishment that they learned to love that child. In missionary work......we could get like 10 new investigators that week, but if we can not accomplish loving them or loving each other as a companionship we have not really accomplished anything at all. Remember what true accomplishments are. 

we are seeing and experiencing many miracles. The Lords hand is truly in the work.

kjære alle sammen,

This week I was eating breakfast while I was studying and I had a pen jar and a glass of milk on my desk. I accidentally put my pen in my milk!! We were done studying and I saw my milk and just started laughing.

On saturday I decided to eat a hot dog for breakfast and then I got my hot dog and I noticed that my hot dog popped and there was no meat inside just the skin around. That was super funny too.

Something that I learned this week is that there is only pure acceptance of ourselves and others in the celestial kingdom.

Dear family,

This week has been amazing and so many miracles have happened!!

we got on the bus to get to an appointment to one of our investigators. We had a quiz and grill this week and I invited her to that(the girl sitting across from me). She just asked me the question what is the difference between your church and other christian denominations. We had the oppurtunity to meet with her that week. She is a precious daughter of God and it was very cool to talk with a fellow sister who has such a strong belief in God and the love He has for her. 

One of our investigators came to church after about a month of teaching him and it was so cool how his countenance changed and how he suddenly became much more curious in the message we have been sharing with him. 

I am so grateful for the joy that I feel here on my mission this is where I am happy and this is where I thrive. 

I love God and I am grateful for the blessings He has given me and the oppurtunity I have to be here in this blessed amazingly beautiful country of Norway. I have the best mission in the whole world. I am grateful that the Lord has given me the oppurtnuity to do hard things. 

 1 samuel 7:3 ¶And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye doreturn unto the Lord with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare yourhearts unto the Lord, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.

I know that when we focus on God and do not let other worldly gods distract us, we recieve the help of God to win our personal battles. 

I know that relationships are eternal and that if things are not worked out here on earth they will have to be worked out in the eternities. So there is no room to be fake or insincere. It is important to communicate and work things out.

Dear Family and friends,

i LOVE YOU ALL. I hope you all could have a good week and have a good time. Have a great week!

This week has been really cool. We have had transfers and that has been really good. It is always good to mix things up a little bit. I am happy to have more days and oppurtunities to serve people.

I am praying for you guys. Remember the great potential we have and do not allow other people to decide your potential for you. That is decided by God. Remember how much you can contribuite in the kingdom of God and how much God will help you reach your potential.

Dear Family,

This week is the most rewarding yet stressful week of my entire life. We had two baptisms for two different people!

These people we found and taught and were able to see their whole progression as they came closer to the Lord Jesus Christ and were able to see the light shine brighter in there eyes and watch their eyes radiating with the love of Christ after their baptisms and confirmations. It was an amazing thing.

Eternal progression takes work and stress, but it is amazing there are no shortcuts. Our potential is so much bigger than we can comprehend but the only way to recieve this potential is through God and the atonement. We have to reach higher heights and fly to the edge where we will fall if God does not save us. We often put ourselves down because of dumb things we do and say. The thing is  we all do dumb things. If we were to look at our true heroes the only difference between us and them is they used the cleansing healing atonement of Jesus Christ and became better. Christ is change. Through Christ we can change we can stop being dumb and become like our hero Christ himself.  

In the words of Paul

16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

   side note: we worship  other gods  when we are more occupied with what others think instead of focusing on what God thinks.

Dear Family and friends,

Our area has been very blessed lately and we are truly seeing the power of God as we are doing missionary work. Life is great and has never been better. Today is the national holiday for Norway and we are so excited to celebrate and see all the people wearing the national clothes. 

We are all children of light. We are meant to shine. When we ask God what He needs for us to accomplish He will tell us. We can know with a surety that we are on the Lords errand and we can know of our eternal worth and the many gifts we possess that help our brothers and sisters here on earth. 

This week pray and ask God what you can do to help the people around you. I know if you pray and listen your mind will be inspired and you will understand how to help the people around you.

Dear family,

Happy mothers day to all you great moms out there! I love you all.

Many miracles have happened this week. Today we are meeting with two people that do not believe in God and I am so EXCITED! today we went and visited a castle and learned about the history behind this beautiful city of trondheim. I love you all so much.

Yesterday the stake relief society president talked to us and she talked about a story about these african children. They put a beautful bowl of fruit in the middle and with a group of african children. They told them that the person who would reach the fruit bowl first would get all the fruit.  What happnede astonished everyone. the children held hands and all toughed the fruit bowl together and they said a word that means. if one is not happy then the others are not happy. This was a really cool thing. I want to develop this attitude stronger in myself and I know that if one is not happy then the others are not happy

Today I ate whale. Did you all know that you can eat whale raw. and many hunters would take off pieces of the whale and just eat it right after they caught it. Yumm delicious.

dear family and friends,

This week we have had the biggest miracles. 

We were on the streets talking  to people we talked to this man. He was way positive and was way cool. We talked to him about God and then he had to catch his bus and  we gave him a card and told him to call us. I wanted so bad for him to call us but the liklihood of that happening was not too high..We tell many  people that and I have never gotten a call. We got a call a couple day later from him and then we set up an appointment with him the day after. This was crazy. Then we talked with him more about the gospel he has a lot of really cool experiences.  Right before he  had met  us,  he had been thinking about why more people do no talk about God . Then we met him and he was so surprised we talked to him about God. It shocked him, so he called us.  This experience was incredible and these things just do not happen without the power of God. 

I know God is a God of miracles. With God NOTHING is impossible. We can rely on Him. He will be there. 

It is through the power of God that miracles happen. 

3 nephi 19:23 And now Father, I ^apray unto thee for them, and also for allthose who shall believe on their words, that they may believe inme, that I may be in them ^bas thou, Father, art in me, that we maybe ^cone.

Christ wants us to become one with Him and the father. This means many mountains to climb and eventually we will be taken higher, to His level.

Kjære alle sammen,

 This week has been fenominal. Yes I do not remember how to spell anything any more......sorry.

we have had so many amazing and funny experiences

miracles

this week we have had some really inspired moments. This week as we were contacting on the bridge we felt that we should turn around. We did so and then immediately talked with this lady. She was so great and she loves mormon tab. Has wanted a book of mormon and when we taught her the spirit was so strong. so amazing.

Also 2 weeks ago.We were on the bus I talked to this lady about the church and the book of mormon we got an appointment and then.........as we were going to her house we found two more people that were interested in the gospel

Me and sister r went to contact a lady who was wondering if there are modern prophets today.... way cool

So many miracles have happened. I know they are the hand of God I am so grateful for the love  God has for us.

FUNNY STORY......

we went on splits this week. Me and another sister were trying to get to a members house. we took  the bus and then we were supposed to walk the rest of the way. We ended up climbing this huge mountain it was crazy. We were following the train tracks and it is just crazy

I know God loves each one of you. I am grateful to be a missionary. I love the Lord. I know he is aware of us. love you all

I had some cool impressions from this week that I would like to share with you all.
7 If ye ^aabide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ^bask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

 8 Herein is my Father ^aglorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

 9 As the Father hath ^aloved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

 10 If ye ^akeep my commandments, ye shall abide in my ^blove; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in hislove.

I know this is true.

with god we can understand that. love should be the highest focus. it is the first and great commandment. 

God allows us to love so much more than we already can. 

do not allow your ego to get in the way of loving. live in the present.

This week was so amazing!! !! ! This week we had a really cool easter concert at the church. Our ward is so talented with people who can do a good job playing cool instruments. This week has been really awesome. We had some cool experience with praying and banking or knocking on doors. Prayer works. The ward has just embraced C and it is amazing to see and we have had a lot of meals with members because of that so that is so good. food is yummy! We are doing good. I love sister A she is the most amazing coolest person. She is so sweet and I am so grateful that we have been working really well as a team. It is fun.

I have been reading some good old testament scriptures lately.

I know that God gives us the things we need so that we can know we choose God. I know that it is after the trial that God promises us the blessings. I know that God is aware of your trials But we struggle so that He can bless I know strength and struggle are intertwined with each other and it is after struggle that we obtaining strength and therefore obtain the blessings of God.

We are children of God. Throughout the week, I would like to encourage you to remember your father more.
